The last few months, allio has been teaming up with chef bloggers on Instagram. We share with you our favourite simple, yet scrumptious, mediterranean-style recipes for your enjoyment! Keep reading for pictures (*insert drool*)...

Panzanella a la allio
In order to dress your bread to impress, follow these easy steps to make healthy, artisan croutons.

Ingredients:
- 1x sourdough and rye bread loaf
- 250 g tuscan tomatoes (optional)
- 1 garlic clove
- salt & pepper (to taste)
- allio olive oil (to enjoy)
Method:
- Preheat oven to medium-high temperature
- cut up your bread into uneven, rustic-style pieces
- add bread to baking tray
- chop tomatoes then pile onto bread
- crush garlic clove and sprinkle onto bread
- add salt and pepper to taste
- generously drizzle allio over bread, so that each piece has a touch of gold
- cook until bread is lightly crispy and kitchen smells like Messinia, Greece
This is the easy part: Enjoy!
Ovo a la allio
For a truly luxurious fried egg, try this recipe to tantalise your tastebuds.

Ingredients:
- 2x eggs
- grape molasses (2 tsp)
- za'atar (1 generous sprinkle)
- salt & pepper (to taste)
- allio olive oil (to enjoy)
Method:
- Add to a pan, a small circle of allio olive oil
- heat the oil on a medium-high temperature
- crack in your 2 eggs, and change heat to medium
- sprinkle with salt and pepper
- before finishing top with za'atar
- plate your eggs and drizzle your grape molasses over your sunny-side-up
